The Loft Avenue aims to deliver your items worldwide in the fastest time possible!
Orders are shipped via DHL, Fedex, UPS or Aramex depending on the shipping address.
As items may be sourced from different places, delivery times may vary.
NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 situation, there is a movement control order affecting our fulfillment center, your orders for delivery and pick up will be delayed. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we encourage you to stay safe during this time.
SHIPPING FEES
At The Loft Avenue, we keep our shipping fees to a minimum so that you get more bang for your buck! If you spend above a certain amount, you will qualify for free delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
Express delivery is a service provided by The Loft Avenue that allows you to receive your order much faster.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders will be dispatched within 5-7 working days after payment has been made.
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, and are closed during national holidays. During these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
After which, these will be the estimated time your order will take to reach you:

ORDER CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
The status of order can be found under Order History. A confirmation email of your order will also be sent to you upon successful check out.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you another email with your tracking information or click here to track your order.
If you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment, please contact us at support@theloftavenue.com for more information.
NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to activate once the "Order Shipped" email has been sent.
MISSED DELIVERY
If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call.
Alternatively they'll leave a card confirming that they've either left it with a neighbor, left it in a safe place, when they will try to re-deliver or give you details on how to collect it.
Please contact your local delivery center immediately if you have been contacted by email to retrieve your parcel.
CUSTOMS & REGULATIONS
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. You are responsible for checking your local postal regulations for restricted items, as we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the specific destination or region.
CUSTOM DUTIES & TAXES
The Loft Avenue will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)
